MERCEDES STEERING WHEEL LOCK THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY

I changed the battery and I have energy to the stereo, lights, and anything but it really gained’t even switch above. Also observed the wheel is locked and was asking yourself if that could lead to the car not to start out.
